To say Covid - 19 has impacted the world is an understatement, it’s effects are far reaching. It’s a tough time for us all. At Nest legal & conveyancing we are continuing to work remotely providing clients assistance over email, telephone and video chat (such as Skype or Zoom). As we serve clients around the country, our processes and procedures for remote communication are already well-established.

Like many of you, the conveyancing world is in a state of rapid change as we adapt our practices to meet the evolving needs of nationwide lockdown. In these unprecedented times we understand the uncertainty and stress of conducting property transactions may be greater for many of you. We’re working hard to provide you with the very best of up-to-the-minute advice.

We are here ready to help our clients with the drafting of new Sales and Purchase Agreements and negotiating in accordance with best practice advice from Property Law Section guidelines, and the Ministry of Health COVID-19 Response (Urgent Management Measures) Amendment Act. We will continue to update our processes in accordance with the Government’s guidance.

If you are unsure of your position or need any advice, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’d love to help!.

Personally, I have being taking the opportunity to listen to some interesting Kiwi innovators who have been producing free webinars confronting issues relating to financial resilience and implementations of strategies and systems, for those interested they were: James Kemps, Momentum Summit Business NZ, and Hannah McQueen’s, Financial Resilience and Amid Covid-19 webinar series.
