Package additions:
Kiwisaver and Kainga Ora First Home Grants - $100.00 per application.
Due to some bank’s requirements there is an additional charge of $200.00 payable for lending with ANZ,Westpac, and some smaller banks may also have these requirement.
From time to time we may need to charge non-standard transaction fees. Rest assured, we will discuss these with you and obtain your instructions prior to proceeding.
Non-standard transactions may include situations such as: the property is being purchased by a trust or company, the property is a unit title requiring additional documentation, there are guarantees involved in the bank documents, issues arise from a contract condition requiring extensive negotiations, settlement is delayed requiring notices, extra work or costs are required for some other reason.
